How to Request a Return?

  1. The customer logs in to their account on the app or website.
  2. They go to completed orders and select the relevant order.
  3. They select the products they wish to return and click "Return."
  4. They will receive a confirmation email at their registered email address, and we will arrange for a pickup.
  5. Once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse, a refund will be processed to their original payment method within 2-7 business days. They can also choose to receive the refund as store credit for future purchases.

If a customer experiences any issues with their return, they should raise a support ticket here, and we will contact them within 24-48 hours.
